About
China sits at the centre of the twenty-first-century economy — the world's second-largest consumer market, its largest manufacturing base, and an indispensable counterparty in global trade and investment. Sinolinks is the advisory practice built to help organizations engage China with clarity, compliance, and confidence — from first market entry through dispute resolution.
The Practice
Founded in Hong Kong in 2014, Sinolinks advises governments, exporters, and importers on the regulatory, commercial, and legal dimensions of doing business with China.
The practice brings decades of direct experience inside the Chinese regulatory and commercial system — including first-hand negotiation of SPS protocols with Chinese authorities, market-access pathways under GACC Decrees 248 and 249, and arbitration credentials at the Shanghai International Arbitration Centre (SHIAC) and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA).
Sinolinks serves clients across Asia, the Americas, Africa, Europe, and Oceania, with multilingual capabilities for cross-cultural engagement.
